Meet Brianne Cardiello

Brianne Cardiello is a people person at heart who thrives on connection, energy, and making the most of every moment. Originally born in Arizona and raised in South Florida, she values family, balance, and finding joy in everyday experiences. Brianne graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication.  Outside of work, you’ll often find Brianne spending time outdoors with her two daughters—whether at the beach, by the pool, or simply enjoying nature together.

Fitness is a big part of her lifestyle, with strength training and Pilates built into her everyday routine. She’s also a huge music fan and loves catching country and pop concerts whenever she can. Growing up, Brianne was both a cheerleader and soccer player, helping shape the team-first mindset she carries today. One piece of advice that continues to guide her is: “Life is a marathon, not a sprint.” She believes the best things—both personally and professionally—are built over time through patience, consistency, and meaningful relationships. 

Brianne Cardiello brings a diverse background in hospitality, foodservice, and sales, with a career built around relationships, customer experience, and understanding the needs of the people she serves. Her journey in the restaurant industry began at just 14 years old and continued for more than a decade, including significant experience with Darden Restaurants at Seasons 52 in Boca Raton. That foundation gave her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities operators face every day.

After transitioning into sales, Brianne built experience in the tri-state market with companies including Imperial Dade and Bunzl, developing expertise in B2B relationships, distributor operations, and customer-focused solutions. Joining Eaton Essentials felt like a natural next step—bringing together her passion for foodservice with her sales experience and relationship-driven approach.

Brianne is especially passionate about helping grow the Orlando territory and building lasting partnerships throughout the industry. She believes every interaction should leave people feeling valued and supported, a philosophy rooted deeply in her hospitality background. Whether working with customers, operators, or industry partners, her goal is simple: create meaningful relationships and leave every client feeling great.
