Meet Jason Daigle

Jason Daigle brings a relationship-driven approach and entrepreneurial mindset to the foodservice industry through Eaton Essentials. With years of experience across tabletop, smallwares, beverage, and front-of-house solutions, Jason has built a reputation for creating meaningful partnerships between manufacturers, dealers, consultants, and operators throughout Florida and beyond.

Passionate about growth and innovation, Jason thrives on helping customers discover practical solutions that elevate both operations and guest experience. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of the industry and values the strong relationships built through collaboration, trust, and consistency. Whether working on a chain rollout, senior living project, showroom demonstration, or new product launch, Jason focuses on creating long-term value for both factory partners and customers.

Jason is especially proud of helping expand Eaton Essentials into a growing and respected presence within the industry while continuing to strengthen partnerships with leading manufacturers and distribution groups. He believes the future of foodservice will continue evolving through smarter equipment, elevated presentation, operational efficiency, and stronger operator support.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Anita, and their children, Jonathan and Gracie. He is passionate about food, hospitality, travel, fitness, personal growth, and exploring new dining experiences and restaurant concepts. Jason enjoys building meaningful relationships both professionally and personally and is driven by the opportunity to create something lasting that positively impacts customers, teammates, and the people around him.

As an Integrator for Eaton Essentials, Jason focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening manufacturer relationships, supporting the sales team, and helping align the company’s long-term vision with day-to-day execution. His role involves working closely with dealers, consultants, end users, and factory partners to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that support the evolving needs of the foodservice industry.

Jason is heavily involved in strategic growth initiatives, showroom development, sales planning, customer engagement, and expanding Eaton Essentials’ presence throughout the market. He enjoys bringing people together, creating momentum for represented lines, and helping turn ideas into actionable opportunities.

One thing Jason wishes more people understood about the role is how much happens behind the scenes to support successful projects and partnerships. From coordinating manufacturers and logistics to developing presentations, promotions, and long-term growth strategies, every detail matters in creating a strong customer experience.
