As Client Success Manager at Eaton Essentials, Kechia Hignight brings years of industry experience and a strong commitment to customer service. Previously part of Table Top Dogz which has now merged with Eaton Essentials, Kechia has played an important role in building lasting relationships with dealers, operators, and manufacturers throughout Florida. In her new role, she will serve as a key point of contact for customers, managing quotes, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, personalized experience from initial request to final order.
